Explanation:
The reason why you do not see both arrows entirely on your screen is because your screen resolution is 800x600 pixels.
This however will not stop you from accessing to the CWS, yet access to some of its contents will be limited, since certain parts will be hidden and/or will not be displayed correctly on your screen.

It is therefore preferable that you change your screen resolution.

Closely follow the next steps:
1. Click on the "MS Start" button placed on the bottom left corner of your screen.

2. Click on "Parameters" and then on "Control Panel"

3. Double click on the "Screen Display" icon

4. Chose the "Parameters" thumb index and slide your cursor towards the right on the slider in the Screen Resolution frame, until you reach minimum 1024x768 pixels
