ESA Telecom's User Support Office (USO) makes available a suite of resources that have been developed to meet the needs of ESA Telecom partners, particularly small and medium sized enterprises and start-up businesses.

Increase the number of new small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that take up initiatives set up by ESA,
Create a support environment that helps each project to achieve its goals,
