Draft Agenda for Baseline Design Review meeting

The main purpose of the BDR is for the Contractor to present and justify and for ESA to approve the System Requirements detailed in the Pilot System Architecture document, and the pilot utilisation activities detailed in the Pilot Utilisation Plan document. The successful completion of the BDR will marks the beginning of the development activities.
