Alternative approach to designing and analysing reliability for low-cost telecom missions

Description: The scope of this study is to propose an alternative to currently used reliability prediction methods in the European Space Industry compliant with ESA PA approach and requirements (ECSS-Q standards) for the design, development and analysis of space systems in general and low cost telecommunication satellites in particular.

Description: The scope of the project is to do an assessment of demands for and offers of communication services in the Arctic region in the 2015-2020 time frame. The assessment will include a number of market sectors such as shipping, mining, oil and gas exploration, fisheries and others, and geostationary and non-geostationary satellite communication systems as well as terrestrial communication systems.
 
Beam Hopping Techniques for Multibeam Satellite Systems - Indra Espacio

SatNEx III

Description: The work of the Satellite Communication Network of Excellence (SatNEx) initially supported by the European Union (EU) is continuing with support from ESA’s TIA Directorate through the Advanced Research in Telecommuncations Programme (ARTES) and the Technical Directorate Network of Centers programmes. Due to this shift in support, the name of the group has changed slightly to the Satellite Communication Network of Experts.
 
φSAT: The Role of Satellite in Future Internet Services
